The event began at 9:30 am in the Assembly Hall of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the Complutense University. The Director of the VISAVET Health Surveillance Centre, Lucas Domínguez Rodríguez, and the Director General of LIPTOSA, Antonio Martinez Sanchez welcomed the group of Russian experts in the field of swine and poultry production.

After the presentation of LIPTOSA by Antonio Martínez, Sonia Téllez, the responsible person for Teaching of VISAVET Centre, led the visit to their facilities, and then she made a presentation of the livestock situation in Spain. Laura Muñoz, Veterinary at the Technical Sales Department of LIPTOSA, ended the day morning with a presentation of the products, which the company will register in Russia.
After the lunch break, José María Díaz, chemistry of the R & D LIPTOSA, demonstrated the effectiveness of any new products developed, that showing their benefit of the animal feed sector.
The conference was conducted in English, with the help of two translators from Russian.
