Genetic characterization of microorganisms populations

Different isolates are compared by genetic techniques (Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis, spa-typing, Multi Locus Sequence Typing,Next Generation Sequencing, etc.)

Objectives:

Establish epidemiological links between microorganisms detected in animals, food and man, including samples of the environment and wildlife.
