This video provides a practical demonstration of a microagglutination assay in serum samples. This technique allows detecting the presence of specific antibodies against a pathogen, as well as obtaining a quantitative result by determining the antibody titre in the sample: the maximum dilution of the serum sample in which an agglutination reaction is observed
